Obituary of Mavis Stewart

On January 13, 2018, Mavis Stewart (nee Bowler) peacefully passed away in her sleep. She was 93 years old. She had been living at the Chalet Malouin in St. Malo, Manitoba. Mavis enjoyed living there and commented often on how well they looked after her.

Mavis is survived by her five children: Elaine(Neil Watt), Alvin (Maureen), John (Sandy), Colleen (Jeremiah Watt), Carol (Barney Barnson), 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; they will be celebrating her life on February 10, 2018 at the Morris United Church (207 Ottawa, Morris, Manitoba) at 2:00 pm.

Mavis is predeceased by her husband Calvin.

The family extend sincere thanks to all who helped Mavis on her journey, in particular, the staff at the Chalet Malouin, St. Pierre Hospital and Steinbach Hospital.
