My condolences to the family and friends of Helen. Having lost my parents I know how difficult it can be. You may feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. That's how it was for me. But I found comfort by opening my Bible and reading the scriptures. Especially Revelation 21:4 which says God will wipe our tears , and death will be done away with. Please take a minute to open your own Bible and read the scriptures. It can be soothing and also very upbuilding at this tragic time.
