Obituary of Lawrence Henry Dyck

Lawrence Dyck age 76 years of Lowe Farm passed away September 19, 2018 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre.

He is survived by his wife Erna (nee Fehr), one daughter: Jackie (Rodney) Olson and their children Brandon and Andrea; two sons: Stephen Craig Dyck and Mark, two brothers, one sister and their families.  Lawrence was predeceased by one sister Judy Dyck and his parents Henry J.S. and Susanna (nee Neufeld) Dyck.

Lawrence drove truck the majority of his life.  He enjoyed reading-especially Westerns (Louis L’Amour)- horses and farming.  Lawrence also enjoyed the older country music, snowmobiling, mechanics , classic cars and tractors.

A celebration of life-come-and-go-gathering will be held at the Lowe Farm Community Centre on Sunday, September 23, from 2pm to 5pm.

Burial has already taken place.

The family wish to thank the staff and Dr. Welk and Dr. Blignaut of Boudary Trails Health Centre.  Also the people of Katie Cares Cottage, all the friends, neighbors and family who lovingly supported Lawrence and Erna.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lawrence Dyck may be made to Katies Cottage and/or Blue Sky Opportunities.
