Obituary of Marguerita Mae Lindsay

Peacefully on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the Red River Valley Lodge, Morris, Manitoba with her family by her side mom passed away at the age of 95 years.

Mom will be lovingly missed by her daughters: Carol, Marilyn (Sigi), Elaine (Gerald); grandchildren: Michelle (Blair), Dennis (Karen); “Little Granny’s” great grandchildren: Rayna, Lindsay, Axel and Hendrix, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband John, son-in-law John, two brothers and two sisters.

Thank you to the staff at the Red River Valley Lodge for their care and compassion.

In keeping with mom’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.  A private family interment will take place in the spring at the South Ridge Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Manitoba (10-120 Donald St. Winnipeg, MB) or the Winnipeg Humane Society (45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB).
