Obituary of Edward Friesen

Following a lengthy illness Ed passed away July 4, 2020 at Riverview Health Centre, Winnipeg, at the age of 75 years. Ed is survived by wife Laura, daughters Melody (Sylvia), Kris (Craig), Wendy (James), Kerri (Hiro), and eight grandchildren. Ed is predeceased by his parents, two sisters, and many other beloved relatives. Ed will be remembered for his love of farming, his dedication to God and the church, and above all for being a family man. Public viewing will be held Monday, July 6, 2020 from 12:00pm to 9:00pm at Morris Funeral Home. A private family funeral will be held with burial at the Rosenort EMC Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all of the kind doctors and nurses that helped Ed over the last eight years.
