I know I have already sent my condolences but I feel I have to send them again as your mom and dad were very precious to me. I will always remember him and my dad, his older brother (Louis) fixing machinery in the yard, laughing and swearing at things that went wrong. Paul and his moo moos as my granddaughter would say. Let’s go see the moo moos as Georgie and Paul would watch Jim and Kari drive down the driveway. We have very fond memories of Paul his farm, his animals and his open arms. We will miss him.

I am so sorry for your loss. Paul was one of the most influential role models in my life. He helped me out in so many ways and I looked up to him regardless of his height. He taught me and entertained me and he will never be forgotten. We will meet again boss man.

So sorry for your loss, Uncle Paul was one of a kind! I have many fond memories as a young man going to the farm to help Uncle Paul with chores and picking bales. I remember a time when I failed to stook the bales correctly. He was so frustrated but patiently showed me time and time again how to pile them, and then smiled when I finally got it right. I recall another time in the tractor with Uncle Paul when he swerved to miss a 2x4 on the road but a tire on the baler hit the board and blew! I made the mistake of telling him that I also had to swerve around that same board with my car the night before coming back from Ste. Elizabeth. As calm as he could be, he commented that if I had stopped and picked up the board we would not have a flat tire now. To this day, if I see stuff on the road I will stop and take it off, remembering what he had said to me... LOL. I will miss his many stories and the way he would tell them. What a beautiful obituary and dedication to Uncle Paul. It is unfortunate that we are unable to get together with family to celebrate his life at this time. Gerald Desaulniers.
