My Sincerest Sympathies to the family.
Jo-Ann was a Gem. She had you laughing just because she was. I would run into her at Barney's or at the Dominion City Craft Club for coffee off and on. She was always laughing. I saw her shortly after my husband passed away and she came right over and gave me the biggest hug! Years ago she made some cloth dolls and gave me one. I still have it and think of her when I see it.

Jo-Ann was a great person with such humor. Never a dull moment. We will always remember the costumes she made for events around Dominion City. She will truly be missed. R.I.P. Jo

Mrs.B.'s was like a second home to me as a kid and teenager. Her laughter and sense of humor always lightened the load and brightened the room. I always felt like family there. I had the opportunity to visit her in Dominion city as her Alzhiemer's was progressing. I recieved the warmest of welcome. " I can't remember your name but I remember you're De-Ann's chubby friend that I've known since you were a baby!". She had this was of overcoming the Alzhiemer's and delivering the love intended anyway. I'm sure she felt the abundance of love and grace showered upon her by De-Ann, Jillian & Josie as well as the rest of her family in her final days. Bless you for maintaining her dignity and fostering her independence. I'm sure she'll be missed. Rest easy Mrs.B.

I loved JoJo so much! She was one of the kindest and most generous people I had the pleasure of getting to know. We shared many a laugh and bubbly together, especially when we golfed. She made this world a better place! We will miss you! The Franklin Manor was never the same after you moved away. Shirley Berrington
