Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Nichols

Elizabeth Ann Nichols (Liz) born to Ronald and Carol Morton on March 29th, 1965 in Etobicoke Ontario. Liz passed away peacefully July 15th, 2024, at the St Boniface Hospital at the age of 59 years. Liz was predeceased by her parents Ronald and Carol Morton and her mother-in-law Gwen Nichols. She is survived by her husband Todd, sisters Vicky (Jody) and Cathy (Jay), brother-in-law Dean (Lucy) and father-in-law Bryan Nichols. Her children Trevor (Ainsley), Jessica (Josh), Thomas (Michelle) and Cory. Her grandchildren Colby, Danica, Jenessa, Jordyn, Nolan, Hayden, Raelyn, Gunner and her beloved dog Taja. As well as many nieces and nephews. Liz had a love for camping. Her and Todd would explore what the southern part of the province had to offer with their camper. She enjoyed going for day road trips and experiencing local coffee shops and supporting local businesses. She loved taking her dog Taja for walks. One of her favorite things to do to pass times was to bake cookies and muffins for her grandchildren who were the absolute love and joy of her life. To accommodate Liz’s wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank Dominion City Fire Department and First Responders, Boundary Trails Health Center, Dr Fraser at Morris Hospital and to Nurse Lorraine Check from the St Boniface Hospital Emergency room. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pembina Valley Humane Society, 462 Jefferson St, Morden, MB, R6M 1Y4
