Condolences go out to the Tate's family as well as friends of Scotty!
It breaks my heart to have heard of this news! :( As an educational assistant in the school he, Kayla and Ryan attended, I remember working with Scott at times. He was very polite and respectful and would always put on a smile. He was very appreciative of the help he would receive by saying, "Thank You Madame" every time I helped him. It is very unfortunate that his life was cut short at such a young age! RIP Scotty!
