I knew Raymonde from High School here in Saint-Jean-Baptiste in the sixties. Raymonde learned to be generous form her mom Aurore. I remember Aurore and Raymonde would come at my home and give me some vegetables that they had grown in their garden. These women had a green thumb! Whenever, Raymonde came for lunch at the Club des Pionniers, I made it a point to sit at her table. She was very faithful to attend our functions at the Club. Rest in peace, dear Raymonde.
